If you’re anything like me (and every other person I know), you’re happy that 2008 is over. And just to be clear, I’m not talking about “oh, that’s nice” happy. I’m talking about cartwheel, back flip, happy-dance ecstatic. I’m talking about that euphoric feeling that comes after you tackle a giant and WIN. The year is over, and I’m ALIVE!!! And I’m still SANE!!! WOOO-HOOO!!! I can accomplish anything, after THAT. (Yes; I’m really that happy.)
New Years feels wonderful. It’s almost like someone hit a “reset” button, somewhere in the sky. A new year. A new chance. It wakes us up, again… snaps us out of it.
